What is your policy on shipping and returns?

We ship all NAD+ products thermally protected, with DPD Next Day to keep them potent and effective. You must promptly refrigerate your NAD+ upon delivery.

  • Orders placed after 10am are dispatched the next working day.
  • Delivery arrives the day after dispatch.
  • You’ll receive tracking details once your order is on its way.
  • Shipping Monday - Thursday. Orders placed after 10am Thursday will be shipped the following Monday.
  • Please ensure your availability to take delivery any delays caused by failed delivery attempts are not the fault of Holte Health.

Returns

All Sales Are Final. Due to the specific nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been processed and payment received.

Why do we have this policy?

  • Temperature Integrity: Our NAD+ vials require specific cold storage temperatures to maintain potency. Once a product leaves our facility, we cannot verify that it has been kept within the necessary temperature range. A returned product cannot be safely resold or reused without risking compromised quality.
  • Strict Quality Control: We adhere to rigorous safety protocols during manufacturing and initial shipping. Accepting returns introduces a "chain of custody" break where we cannot guarantee the safety or sterility of the vials. For your safety and the safety of all our customers, we do not restock returned items.
What shipping options do you offer?

We offer next-day delivery DPD delivery only to ensure the product arrives promptly.

Shipping Monday - Thursday. Orders placed after 10am Thursday will be shipped the following Monday.

Please ensure your availability to take delivery any delays caused by failed delivery attempts are not the fault of Holte Health.

 Do you ship internationally?

We only ship to the U.K currently.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, free shipping is available for orders over £100. This applies to U.K only.

Yes, once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can monitor its progress.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If you realise you’ve entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately at 02080586517. We’ll do our best to update it before the order is dispatched.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can only be modified or cancelled before they are shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your order is damaged during shipping, please reach out to us within 3 days with photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll try to resolve the issue promptly.

What should I do if I haven’t received my order?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check the tracking information first. If you still have concerns, send us a message.
