Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Holte Health, we ensure your premium NAD+ and Glutathione products arrive quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. Because maintaining the potency of your refill cartridges, starter kits, and vials is our top priority, we use specialised logistics to protect your order.
Temperature-Protected Packaging
We ship all products in insulated, temperature-protected packaging to help maintain maximum potency. Our strict shipping schedule reduces time in transit and avoids products sitting in uncontrolled environments, especially during warmer weather.
Dispatch Schedule
To protect the temperature control of your order, we do not ship on Fridays. This prevents products from being held in courier depots over the weekend.

Temperature Guidance & Storage
Short periods out of cold storage during transit will not affect the quality or potency of your NAD+ and Glutathione. However, once your delivery arrives, please place your products in the fridge as soon as possible.
Delivery Responsibility
Because these are temperature-sensitive products, you must be available to receive the delivery on the first attempt. Holte Health cannot be held responsible for product degradation caused by missed deliveries or delayed collections.
