Refund policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has been processed.


Why this policy exists

Temperature control: NAD+ vials need cold storage to stay potent. Once a product has left our facility, we cannot confirm that it has remained within the correct temperature range. Returned items cannot be reused or resold safely.

Safety and hygiene: These products fall into a category where returns cannot be accepted once the item has been dispatched. A returned vial would break the chain of custody, so we cannot guarantee its safety or sterility. For the safety of all customers, we do not restock returned items.


Cancellations

No cancellations after payment. Orders are processed at once so that products can be packed with cold materials and dispatched as fast as possible. Once payment is received, we cannot cancel or amend the order.

Storage: Refrigerate all NAD+ products at once on arrival.
