Doses

Each pack contains two 500mg NAD+ cartridges. At a typical 50mg dose, that gives you around 20 uses per pack roughly a month's supply.

Most people start with one dose a day for the first three days, then move to every other day to maintain levels.

Usage

Please follow the steps carefully to ensure proper use. Wash your hands thoroughly before you begin.

1. Setting Up the Pen

• Remove the Hōlte NAD+ Pen® and an NAD+ cartridge from their packaging.
• Allow the NAD+ cartridge to rest at room temperature for 5–10 minutes.
  

2. Unscrew the Cartridge Holder

• Take the lid off the pen to expose the clear cartridge holder.
• Unscrew the clear cartridge holder from the base of the pen.
• If the plunger is exposed, press it into the base of the pen with your finger.
  

3. Insert the NAD+ Cartridge

• Take the NAD+ cartridge and insert it into the clear cartridge holder with the silver tip going in first.
• Screw the clear cartridge holder (with the NAD+ cartridge inside) back onto the base of the pen firmly.

4. Prime the Pen

• Twist the base of the pen until the dose meter is fully extended.
• Push the dose meter back in and watch the plunger move up inside the cartridge holder.
• Repeat this process until the plunger touches the bung at the bottom of the cartridge and you feel resistance.
• Your pen is now prepped and ready for daily use. Continue with the steps below.
  

Administering your NAD+ subcutaneous injection

1. Attach the needle

• Take the needle tip from the pack and gently but firmly screw it onto the end of the Holte NAD+ Pen®.
• Do not remove the needle tip cover yet

2 . Clean the injection site

• Use an alcohol wipe to clean the injection site.
• Choose a fatty area such as the abdomen (belly). Rotate the injection site each time to avoid skin damage or dimpling.

3. Set your dose

• Twist the base of the pen until the pointer lines up with your prescribed dose: 30 units on the NAD Pen (0.3ml/50mg) for a maintenance dose.
• Remove both the outer and inner needle tip covers.
• Suggested protocol: 1 x 0.3ml subcutaneous injection every day for the first 3/5 days. Followed by 1 x 0.3ml subcutaneous injection on alternate days.
• The NAD+ solutions has a strength of 500mg per 3ml cartridge. The typical advised daily dose is 50mg (0.3ml) which is 30 units on the pen graduations.
  

4. Administer the Injection

• Gently pinch the skin around the injection site, pulling it about 4mm away from the muscle.
• Place the needle at the injection site and press the pen down to pierce the skin.
• Press the button at the base of the pen to depress the plunger and administer the NAD+.
• Hold the pen steady and count down three seconds before removing the needle.

5. Dispose of the Needle

• Carefully replace the outer needle tip cover.
• Unscrew the needle tip with the cover on and dispose of it in the sharps bin provided.

6. Store the Pen

• Replace the pen lid.
• Store the Hōlte NAD+ Pen® in the fridge (between 2–8°C / 35.6–46.4°F) to keep the NAD+ cartridge fresh.

Important Notes for Safe Use

• Rotate injection sites to prevent skin damage or dimpling.
• It is normal to experience the following after an injection:
• A drop of NAD+ or blood on the skin.
• A small bruise if the needle wasn't kept steady.
• A temporary red mark at the injection site. This will fade and is harmless.
  If concerned about visible marks, consider injecting in areas covered by clothing.
• Use a new needle for each use
• Use NAD+ cartridges before their expiration date.
• Keep cartridge refrigerated
  

Confirmation of understanding

By using the Hōlte NAD+ Pen®, you confirm the following:

1. You will administer NAD+ subcutaneously only, as instructed.
2. You understand the risks (e.g., allergic reaction, infection) and commit to following the instructions exactly.
3. You are competent to perform subcutaneous injections and will dispose of needles appropriately.
4. Holte is not responsible for any adverse effects caused by improper use or failure to follow the instructions.

Holte NAD+ is manufactured in a GMP compliant facility under documented quality systems. Every batch undergoes independent third party laboratory analysis before release.

We conduct in-house testing during production to verify concentration, clarity, pH, and batch consistency. This allows us to confirm the correct dosage and purity before a batch leaves our facility.

Each finished batch is then sent to an independent UK laboratory for third-party verification. They test NAD+ concentration and microbiological safety and issue an official Certificate of Analysis.

This dual-layer process means we are not marking our own homework. Internal results must match independent lab findings before approval.

For a subcutaneous product, dosing accuracy matters. Independent verification ensures you receive the stated strength, with consistent purity and safety from batch to batch.

We ship all NAD+ products thermally protected with DPD Next Day 12pm, to keep them potent and effective. You must promptly refrigerate your NAD+ upon delivery.

• You’ll receive tracking details once your order is on its way.
• Shipping Monday - Thursday. Orders placed after 10am Thursday will be shipped the following Monday.
• Please ensure your availability to take delivery any delays caused by failed delivery attempts are not the fault of Holte Health.
• Short periods out of cold storage do not affect the product, so place it in the fridge when you receive it.

Returns

All sales are final. Due to the specific nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been processed and payment received.

Why do we have this policy?

• Temperature Integrity: Our NAD+ vials require specific cold storage temperatures to maintain potency. Once a product leaves our facility, we cannot verify that it has been kept within the necessary temperature range. A returned product cannot be safely resold or reused without risking compromised quality.
• Strict Quality Control: We adhere to rigorous safety protocols during manufacturing and initial shipping. Accepting returns introduces a "chain of custody" break where we cannot guarantee the safety or sterility of the vials. For your safety and the safety of all our customers, we do not restock returned items.

Storage

Keep NAD+ in the refrigerator between 2 and 8°C.

Short periods at room temperature are fine during use, just return it to the fridge as soon as you can.

Do not freeze.

Keep out of reach of children and store in the original packaging.
