All sales are final. Due to the specific nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been processed and payment received.

Why do we have this policy?

Once a product leaves our facility, we cannot verify that it has been kept within the necessary temperature range. A returned product cannot be safely resold or reused without risking compromised quality.
• Strict Quality Control: We adhere to rigorous safety protocols during manufacturing and initial shipping. Accepting returns introduces a "chain of custody" break where we cannot guarantee the safety or sterility of the vials. For your safety and the safety of all our customers, we do not restock returned items.

Short periods at room temperature are fine during use, just return it to the fridge as soon as you can.
